Executives want you to be thankful you have a job. No company goals or values. No transparency. HR is useless in conflict resolution which always comes down on the people at the bottom. Review process is terrible. No understanding on how to move upwards and arbitrary 2yr minimum period but other get promoted while you don't. Most directors do not know how to manage their people. Uneven work load. Wage different base on gender. Smart people at the bottom but major ceiling if not PhD and even then no guarantees anyone will listen to you. If you are desperate come but have an exit plan.
