Too many clicks
Project Engineer - Substation Design (Former Employee) –  United StatesNovember 8, 2015
There was more attention spent on creating internal clicks versus creating successful teams. This caused too much unnecessary tension between employees. My jobs continued to be compromised by lack of attention by others on my team.

Challenging projects

interesting field
Drafter II (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXJune 24, 2015
this company does not pay very well and you may have to ask around for work to keep you busy most of the time, but they don't do lay offs. just be good at what you do and you will have job security.
Pros
company events are fun and just about every other month
Cons
low pay, lower than entry level, no raise in crease unless promoted

Safety Consultant (Current Employee) –  Port Arthur, TXJune 22, 2012
This was my first time to work with this company. Very good on hourly rate but so far seems pretty short term. no benefits, and its a 1099 job so you have to withhold more taxes than if you were working a job where you were not considered "self employed"
