Employee, Overseas - May 24, 2017
Early on (thru 2008) great place to work; workplace culture, teamwork, camaraderie, management group and support to employees reflected on their desire to suceed in every taks performed. There was a sense of belonging - family. This positive energy and enthusiasm carried over to the clients as well. Usually these are lost as the firm grows rapidly or without checks and balances; however, this firm lost their ability to maintain employees motivated as it went through market and revenue changes. Lack of motivation caused loss of quality employees which reflected on the end product resulting in customer dissatisfaction and reduced customer base. As the customer base began to shrink revenue suffered. Instead of restructuring management and administrative support, the firm chose to eliminate revenue generating positions.
