We are rolling out an online Learning Management System (LMS) on to deliver, track and manage training. The LMS will be provided by a – more... major eLearning vendor and customized for DMS. It will initially focus on three areas: Business and Interpersonal Skills; Information Technology; and, Microsoft Office applications. The LMS will be our vehicle to deliver competency-based training and certifications.
