Performed a lot of phone calls and drove a lot to my territory. I learned that as long as you are producing you do not have to follow the orders given to you. My management was excellent when i first started but after my second month my manager got promoted and a the new manager that replaced him was not good leadership material. The hardest part of my job is getting someone on the phone or face to face to talk with about copiers. I enjoyed the fun activities that our company provides and having flexibility with my team.
