Working in the Financial Services division my role involves the comprehensive support and relationship management of key financial services clients globally such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Citibank, JP Morgan, Bain & Co, Barclays Capital and many more. The key aspect of my role is; • Understanding the overall strategic processes, direction and projects of my clients providing an effective link between Analyst and Sales through advising user needs • Working in the Financial Services division managing Global Accounts • Providing implementation support • Working closely with the Sales Director and stakeholders within the business • Managing a £6 million portfolio • Coordinate, assist and facilitate Divisional interaction with existing clients • Effectively communicating and promoting new reports, analysis and consultancy offerings to existing clients by calling those customers informing them of the service and increasing the number of users of the service through controlled networking
