Great place to work and great people to work with. It's a pretty standard trucking company that moves freight to the Western 11 states.

Line driver (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZAugust 24, 2016
A typical day at Dats, come in to work about 8 pm get truck fueled get ready to hook up when loads were ready. Hook up set of trailers pre trip and get paperwork and leave fo Lake Havasu City AZ. Break set and dock trailers and make set to come back to Phoenix. Back in Phoenix break trailers and dock them post trip and log out. Great guys to work with we always helped each other to get out on time.
Pros
Easy work for comparable pay.
Cons
Politics within the company.

Horrible place to work!
Diesel Mechanic (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTJune 25, 2016
Worked for them for 10 months. Owners of the company/management don't care about employees. All they care about is the money going into there pockets. They treat the drivers like garbage. Health benefits horrible, and they were way to expensive. Trucks, and trailers are not safe. As a mechanic I would get yelled at and threatened for changing tires unless they were bald, even if they were not legal. I was told to over look and ignore other safety items on trucks and trailers because the owners wouldn't approve the money being spent on the trucks. Doing what was needed to keep trucks safe and legal ended up getting me fired because the owners weren't happy with how much money was being spent to make trucks legal. Horrible company. Do not work for them.
Pros
Easy to get work off
Cons
very unsafe and hazardous work environment
