Pros: met nice people, got to play games, learned a lot, got to teach many new employees about what i know about the industry
Cons: not much room for advancement, high turn over rate, long hours
Opened restaurant, made floorchart, ensured guest satisfaction, trained new employees, created excellent working relationships with co-workers to meet expected goals, worked as necessary to cover shifts, often including over time, closed restaurant and walked off the area to ensure everything was cleaned and ready for the next day
