They tell you that after 3 months you will get hired by the company, but it is all lies. You can be there 6 months and still no insurance. They do not hold their word to their employees.

Sales, Customer Service, estimating (Former Employee) –  Douglasville, GAMarch 27, 2016
Fellow workers are entertaining and a fun to be around. Learning your job or the what you sell is not a requirement for any position. You can do just enough to get by because someone else will be forced to pick up the slack. Office politics is a big deciding factor for advancement. You kiss and you move up even if you have no management experience. Every department is slim, beyond slim. You will wear many hats with no real instruction on priorities. However management will want whatever they told you yesterday was not a priority.

Great medical, dental, vision, 401k plans.

Managers are not working managers. If a department is short handed forget your boss turning off the internet to help you out.
Pros
insurance, non management people
Cons
management, lack of advancement, double standards

Co-Worker Friendly Environment with a Diverse Work Load
Account Assistant (Former Employee) –  Douglasville, GASeptember 26, 2014
A typical day involves processing incoming vendor invoices through a PO system for payment, issuing credits and debits for customer accounts, matching packing slips and order verifications then checking against the computer to make sure the customer's orders are correct, then generating the invoice.
Learned account payable after being in the credit department for 2 plus years.
My co-workers were outstanding. We worked as a team to resolve any and all issues that arouse.
The hardest part of the job was identifying a customer's short pay or when a vendor would issue a check to us that wasn't expected.
The most enjoyable was being able to multi-task while doing everything I loved.
Pros
fast-paced, diverse and friendly environment
Cons
management's ability to connect with employees

Poor Management
Production (Former Employee) –  ChandlerJune 17, 2014
Manager and supervisor spent all day in their offices, even with a full time secretary. That left 8 for production and shipping. Very top heavy. No improvements were ever made. A real clunker of a manufacturing plant.
Pros
Over time
Cons
Lack of team work. Petty and non productive managers.

I enjoyed working here as a stepping stone to the learning process of becoming a designer. Here I worked with some great professionals in an office environment.
