DCI used to be a great place to work, but with the new business structure, that has all changed. The management are constantly misleading about the status of the business, so employees are often left in the dark about the future. There is a very heavy turnaround and many prime examples of cronyism within management.

Don’t work here. They have 80/20’d themselves to death, and can’t survive with a 100 percent outsourced model when you want to put 40-45% Margin on everything, while calling up customers who you are making 15-20 margin on and telling them to go somewhere else. By the end of 2017, this company will no longer exist, and the Milwaukee campus will be shut down. Pretty sad to see a company that had been in business for over 70 years get flushed down the toilet by a bunch of corporate brown nosers who know nothing about manufacturing, or how to keep a good business profitable and the doors open. All the Marmon group knows how to do is come in, cherry pick what contracts they want, and leave destruction in their wake. So sad that I wasted my time here.

Everyone is driven at DCI and they bend over backwards to meet client's goals, objectives and deadlines. Every day is different with the variety of clients and projects that need to be worked on.
