Return to the basics. Focus on Operations... After all, that's what makes the company money. This company has too much overhead and corporate fluff, and doesn't look like that's going to change any time soon. There is a relentless barrage of Corporate initiatives coming down the pipe that do nothing but make life difficult for the backbone of the company.
DCP is separated into two groups... "Dreamers and Do-ers"
Unfortunately, there are far more dreamers than there are do-ers.

Non existent that I know of. If there is overtime to be had it would be within the working hours of that particular shift. Usually plant workers are on a 12 and 12 rotation.
