Senior Sales, Beverly Hills, CA - May 23, 2012
A typical day at work involved setting up the store, keeping the store in a luxury professional atmosphere. Staying in close contact with clients and their ongoing needs, working with manager to keep the appropriate window and store visuals in order. Maintaining excellent inventory, some opening and closing of store. Vault traffic and documentation of merchandise entering and leaving vault.
I learned that if you have a company that values and respects you that coming to work every day is easy and fun. Exciting to be a part of the company. You give your very best in a situation like that.
Management is key to the individual skills of each member of a team
understanding his or her specified abilities and using those abilities still as a team to accomplish the goals of the store and ultimately the goals of each individual.
Co-Workers: I can't say enough, to be in an environment where each individual understands how important the "team" is and to have complete cooperation and respect within the team is truly a jewel in the company's future.
The hardest part of the job. Improvement on delegating. Trying not to do everything myself.
The most enjoyable part of the job..... Meeting the clients, getting to know them. Making The Sale to a client that is truly happy with their purchase.
