Job Overview: The purpose of this position is to support the Training Coordinator and HR Manager in analyzing organization training needs, design and coordinate training programs and to ensure compliance of all regulatory training requirements. This is accomplished by performing professional work in researching, planning, designing and facilitating employee training programs, staff development initiatives and ensuring human resources compliance with all regulatory mandates.

Job Responsibilities: Assist with the development of agency training programs and initiatives to include: coordinating and facilitating an employee training and development courses new employee orientation, supervisory training, compliance training, etc..).

Maintains the Relias LMS and utilizes other HR information systems to track documentation and training records on courses and regulatory training/certification requirements.

Provides reports and updates regarding staff certification, re-certification, and license requirement.

Assist with maintaining and updating employee personnel data including performance evaluation maintenance. Provides regular reports and analysis to management regarding training outcv9omes, staff compliance and performance management trends.

Assist with researches training best practices and conduct needs assessments to identify training and workforce develop needs across the agency.

Serve as internal lead for preparing for agency audits. Ensure compliance documents are scanned into electronic filing system and categorized for ease of retrieval and review.

Audit and monitor employee files to identify incomplete and missing compliance paperwork utilizing HRIS systems.

Become trainer for agency First Aid/CPR classes. May be providing other stand up training.

Serve as back-up support to the recruitment team.

Performs other duties as assigned by the CHRO.

Minimum Training, Competency & Experience: Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Four years of related experience in human resources

Preferred Qualifications: the ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and 5+ years in Human Resources and meeting regulatory and legal compliance for HR. Demonstrated ability for independent project management and meeting multiple completing deadlines strongly preferred.
