Pros: gym, tenis court, organic cafe
Cons: low salaries, oppressive overtime, insane human resources, disrespect, few raises, no bonuses, parking is limited, ceo whines too much
Dealer.com projects a good face towards the world, but it disrespects its employees. Many employees work 60+ hours per week and the company just demands more. Compensation is less than competitive. The management hierarchy is too deep and the middle managers are just weight carried by the workers.
The level of dissatisfaction at Dealer.com is growing
– more... quickly. Every week, someone with talent quits or someone with talent is fired. Human resources has become a paperwork machine designed to drive workers out the door.
Constructive criticism is unwanted. The CEO lives in la la land. Yes, they have a nice gym and tennis court, but that is not compensation for 60+ hours per week at a less than average salary.
Snitching on fellow employees is encouraged. CEO put out a $5000.00 reward on anyone who would snitch on someone writing on the bathroom walls - pathetic.
Dealer.com is overrated. – less
