Not a great place to work. I constantly see that the customer service side is under appreciated and under paid. The boss is very disrespectful and does not really respect them as knowledgeable because they have no experience working at a dealership. so if you wonder why the boss do not really care about you that's why. its hard to be creative with him around because everything is his way.

This was a small company of about 10-15 people, including the owners and managers. We worked in close quarters and many of us became like a small family.
I was new to the field of automotive sales and internet technology. During my time here I learned how to utilize lead management/customer relations management tools to their fullest extent. I also learned enough about the car business to not get swindled when purchasing my personal vehicles.
This was a very demanding position and taught me a great deal about working under pressure.
No weekends or holidays, consistent work hours, good pay
No benefits, few opportunities for advancement, no real management structure.

At this firm, you're hired for a specific reason. Each employee here has certain qualifications specific to their position. They trust you with expertise in your area. You're trusted with clients. I don't think you can put a price on trust.
It's also a very laid back work environment that allows for both professional & personal growth.
