Nice and comfortable work environment.
Call Center Supervisor (Current Employee), Irving, TXJune 20, 2015
Pros: Free garage parking, accessable cafe downstairs and located in Las Colinas.
Cons: Pending merger and lack of proper communication.
Coming into a relaxed and laid back environment to work is great. There is no pressure to be dressed up to come to work in a suit and tie everyday. I have learned a lot about different products of technology – more... and a predictive dialer systems. There is a good source of management support and HR resources also. The hardest part of the job is the uncertainty of a pending merger. The most enjoyable part of the job is learning the personalities, strengths and goals of other team members. – less

Casual fun atmosphere. No micromanagement. Good benefits, but compensation could be higher. Many different departments to apply to, and management is very understandable.

Prepare for the worst, then go with the flow.
Product Owner (Current Employee), Philadelphia, PAMay 13, 2015
I have an appreciation for a collaborative and team spirited culture seeking to strive for excellence, positive attitude and passion towards innovative solutions.

I enjoy working on challenging projects – more... that fully utilizes my strategic, critical and logical abilities.

Its great to see your projects take flight in time and within budget, however, I've learned the most and had my best memories from the projects that came with many twists, turns and challenges. – less

Has potential to be great...not there yet
Employee (Current Employee), Sacramento, CAApril 28, 2015
Pros: Bonuses are generous
Cons: Militant culture, poor leadership, not a fun place, too many long term employees with old time thinking
Management is very poor. The current leader does not possess the right skills and experience to lead a software business. And the leader's direct reports are suspect as well. The business concept is great – more... and despite the ineffective leadership, the business still manages to survive. It could be a lot better if the correct leadership was in place.

The culture is somewhere out of the 1920's production line mentality. All levels of employees are treated like assembly line employees and must just do as they are told. There is no real accountability for anyone or independent thinking allowed.

Corporate is very much different than this business unit and there lies the statement it has potential to be great. If the corporate culture/leadership could be implemented at this satellite office, things would be MUCH better. – less

avoid at all cost
administration (Current Employee), wilmingtonApril 19, 2015
Pros: nice lunch room and office in general
Cons: everything else is a con, no training and getting yelled at by management that was ABX old school
You are shown barely enough to know how to get to where you need to be on the software. You are then yelled at by your supervisor if you do not know how to do something or understand what you are to be – more... doing. Very stressful environment to learn a new project. Now they are bringing in temps to do the job and they are lost as much as the ones that are permanent. Only thing is they make less money and have an attitude since they know they are only there for a short period of time. What don't make sense in this company is that they have some temps in the back that have been there for years. They get no where and don't get hired, but they keep advertising for title workers. There are not enough people in this county that know how to do title work. It is not easy to learn and you get no where asking questions here. – less

Working there is like being in a cubicle prison for 8 or so hours a day
Sr. Financial Analyst (Former Employee), Sacramento, CAMarch 15, 2015
Pros: allowed bathroom breaks
Cons: cubicle prison
Decent pay, but no work/life balance. You get no real direction from management and the work staff is clique-like and if you don't fit into their clique (i.e. nationality, race, etc.) then you will have a very hard time there. Don't bother asking management for help with anything, they expect you just to know the ins and outs of the whole operation after your first week there. Sweat shop, avoid!

Worked 8 to 5. Major issue was PC people trying manage an iSeries shop
Senior Programmer Analyst (Former Employee), South Jordan, UTFebruary 25, 2015
A very iSeries clumsy SVN product was implemented to manage change management. Development managers were quite good. Development director seemed very lost. Huge amount of red tape involved with programming, more so than any other place I have worked.

Company uses state of the art technology.
Provided you have the correct Management you can learn a lot.

Teams can be very large

Some co-workers can be hard to understand.

Plenty of overtime as not everyone on the team will pull they weight.
