Direct report to Director of Marketing to assist with all social media, marketing, advertising, public relations and event planning efforts. Additionally this person will be responsible for assisting the President with scheduling meetings, and attending events, and speaking engagements. Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting all departments (Staffing, Recruiting, Human Resources, Sales, and Accounting) and initiating all new promotions and communications with the public.

Requirements:

High School Diploma
1-3 years of marketing/social media experience
Must be computer literate in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Adobe Suite Products, Design software
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Must be detail oriented with strong attention to customer service a must
Must be self starter, independent and motivated
Understanding of Staffing processes is a plus
Ability to work well under deadlines and in stressful conditions
Superb Attention to Detail
