Service Officer (Former Employee) – Moline, IL – June 24, 2016
The service officers were very nice, they got along very well. They did a lot of whispering and giggling amongst themselves. They did not seem to mind me asking questions. I was the oldest one in the department. Manager did not give me a full explanation as to why I was terminated, she just said because of my inaccuracies, this will be my last day. I was scheduled for a re-assessment but I guess that wont happen now.
Accounting Supervisor (Current Employee) – Moline, IL – February 22, 2015
I love Deere Employees Credit Union. The people are amazing, the work/life balance is top notch, and the benefits are wonderful. I love what I do, and I love my supervisor. I have learned so much working here for the last 11 years.
The credit union cares alot about their employees.
Mortgage Loan Closer (Former Employee) – Moline, IL – April 29, 2014
One of the most important policies of the credit union is excellent customer service. Every year there is training on this, no matter how long you have worked there. Because of this, they are one of the most popular credit unions to belong to. They treat the members as they want to be treated. I love working with people and that was the most enjoyable part of my job.
There were only two of us in the office and due to my manager's travel I was usually working alone. We had quotas to meet in opening accounts, getting loans, etc. We had to be self motivated to get things done when they need to be done since our home office was in another state. We worked independently to take care of all of our credit members needs.
