Cons: less flexible with kids, appointments that came up
There were only two of us in the office and due to my manager's travel I was usually working alone. We had quotas to meet in opening accounts, getting loans, etc. We had to be self motivated to get things done when they need to be done since our home office was in another state. We worked independently to take care of all of our credit members needs.
The credit union cares alot about their employees.

One of the most important policies of the credit union is excellent customer service. Every year there is training on this, no matter how long you have worked there. Because of this, they are one of the most popular credit unions to belong to. They treat the members as they want to be treated.
