Cons: management, equipment, mechanics, or lack there of.
A typical day involves driving a death trap of a truck, that most things aren't fixed, from basic things such as windshield wipers, to much more important features such as brakes. You work at least a 12 hour day, and god forbid you break down, which happens pretty much daily. Only certain people have to help, others are threatened with their job, or being written up. The management is so pathetic, you have a GM that isn't even from here, he leaves for weeks at a time, leaving supervisors, and the office losers such as HR, to basically come and go as they please. The pathetic commercial manager is in so far over his head, he has no clue what to do, so he just checks out, goes golfing during the day, picks his kid up in a company vehicle, goes to the gym, to lunch with his wife, or girl friend, he literally has nothing to do with the people he manages, other than to over react to anything by threatening. with write ups, or firings. Just an over all sad place to work, I urge you if you have any options at all, do NOT apply or accept any offer of employment.
