Cons: As it was set up, any type of mishap, natural (rain, snow) or other, cost the driver.
The job consisted of 12 hour shifts, both a day and night shift. The company had many problems caused by a Investment team ownership that only took from the company, and did not reinvest enough money – more... to keep it up and running in good shape. There were many unsafe conditions, that only the driver could be at fault. It was like the immediate supervisors were only looking for fall guys to protect their own jobs. Vehicles had to be shared, causing a driver to always be treated unfairly. – less
