Pros: pay, differential pay, benefits, easy job
Cons: horrible management, short breaks, rumors, unprofessionalism, bullying, harassment
I worked night shift which was okay. Some days were relaxed some days were very busy. Easy job, just walk around checking locks and doors. 12 hour shifts were fine and the pay was good, but management is VERY HORRIBLE! Supervisor sleep on the job, breaking policies. A lot of rumors go around. Supervisor lies and does not help teach the ropes the correct way. No one looks out for anyone. Everyone is after each others neck. Unprofessional co-workers. The only good people there was everyone except security. SECURITY OFFICERS ARE HORRIBLE THERE!
