About Delaware Hospice
Delaware Hospice is committed to being the leader in providing high quality hospice and palliative care to individuals with a limited life expectancy, to providing support for their families and caregivers, and to serving the community as a resource for end of life care. Created for the community, by the community. Delaware Hospice is the only nonprofit – more... hospice organization serving the state of Delaware. We also provide services to Southern Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. Delaware Hospice is staffed with professionals to provide care and emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. Families are never billed for our services. Our costs are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or contributions given by the community. We accept patients regardless of their ability to pay. No one is denied care based on ethnicity, age, sex, mental or physical status, or religion. Delaware Hospice is the only hospice in Delaware accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Accreditation for hospice organizations is voluntary, but because we believe so strongly in providing the highest quality of care and services to our patients, we have chosen to strive to meet the rigorous standards of the Joint Commission. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
