Do you work at Dell? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

So i have applied for an MBA Summer internship, and few days ago my status went from "Submitted" to "Interview". So 2 days past and I still haven't heard from a recruiter... does anyone have an experience with the Talent Acquisition Team, and the process in general?
Thanks in advance

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Dell?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?
What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Dell?

Question is in the topic. If Dell offered you what appears to be a good job, would you accept, or would you consider the potential buyout a red flag?

Can anyone tell me what type of interview structure to expect at the Dell located in Plano, TX. Are they all the same for all depts or different for each one. Mine is more in the accounting field. Just want to be prepared if there are any technical questions. Thanks much

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?
