Pros: 30 minute lunch and you only get to clock out if you leave the factory.
Cons: get yelled at and complained about all the time, work, people, not getting paid enough.
A typical work day is supporting the shipment of goods produced, organize work place to make sure customer receives the correct shipment, report defective materials to the supervisor, and make sure the work area is clean and to follow all safety rules. The management is absolutely sexist and is unequal. The people who also work there are not the sharpest – more... either, the employees can start fights and get away with it because they kiss the bosses butt. The hardest part of the job is coming into work everyday and trying to accomplish the quota and if you do not come close you get yelled at but if you do accomplish it you're not doing a well of enough job and you need to work harder. There's a no win situation here between your co-workers and the management. – less
