EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A MUST!
Small commercial and residential property management company seeks an experienced, professional self-starter capable of executive-level thinking and decision-making.
The successful candidate will have high personal integrity, will be dependable, ambitious, detail-oriented and will be able to handle daily operations of a property management business.
This position requires involvement in all aspects of property management, including maintenance supervison (estimating and assigning jobs, dispatching, supervising workflow and staff) and tenant relations.
Your responsibilities include supervision of daily operations/workflow, implementing policies and procedures, and proactive planning.
Specific duties include communicating with clients/tenants/vendors, scheduling appointments, supervising maintenance staff, ordering and reviewing bids, handling correspondence, composing letters and lease documents, assisting with marketing, and providing management support.
A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as required is essential.
You must be relaxed under pressure, possess a positive attitude, great people skills (customer service focus is necessary), be organized, and have above-average attention to detail.
Position is office based with regular field visits.
