My typical day at work is busy supporting my customers and I have learned that my customers appreciate professional service and courtesy. My co-workers are supportive and keep me informed on events affecting my office. The hardest part of my job is working on my customer’s site and not working on my company’s site. I don’t receive company information as quickly as I would like to but my program manager does a great job keeping me informed of company’s events. I enjoy coming to work and providing service to my customers. One of the highlights of my day is interacting with my customers and getting feedback on how I can serve them better. I balance my customer’s requirements with the requirements of my leadership. My daily work goals are met with time management and coordination with my co-workers in sharing the workload, and the last minute requests that pop-up from time to time.
