A typical day at work for me involved talking to many customers, making note of their issues and prioritizing my time to make sure their issues would be taken care of. Some involved immediate measures, others might roll out over weeks depending on the merchandise and the need to talk to vendors and issue replacements or refunds. Some customers got to know us, and appreciated our efforts. It was mandatory to satisfy the customer. That was the most wonderful part of the job, being trusted to do the right thing.
