Quality Control Associate (Current Employee) – Union City, GA – June 25, 2017
It looks great from the outside and will be for the first three months but then you start to see the under belly. Long hours, over worked and under staffed can cause tensions between teams. Just be sure to understand what youre signing up for.

Sr. Manufacturing Associate II (Former Employee) – Union City, GA – June 6, 2017
Your day starts at 4 PM on Sunday, Wed and Thurs. On Mon and Tues at 9:30 PM. Your shift should be 12 hours, however, its typically 14 plus. The hardest part of the job is the hours, it's hard to get used to the hours. They often change the schedules based on "Business Need". Not a good Work Life Balance. Management is unfair, promotions are based on favoritism rather than ability and recognition. During my time there, there were huge layoffs every year.
The Processing associates are Great!! like one big family they are what make it pleasant at work. It's rewarding work knowing you are helping someones father, son, or brother. All in all the it's not a bad place to work if you can deal with the long hours and lack of sleep or a social life and the bad management..
Free Coffee, 25 cents sodas and juice, good pay and benefits
Long hours, bad management, no Work Life Balance, annual layoffs
Immunotherapy Sales Specialist (Current Employee) – USA – May 31, 2017
This company has gone thru so many changes. They filed for bankruptcy, they were bought out by another company and now being sold again. Management and sales teams are constantly turning over. They have one and only one product, NO research or development behind it. Limited opportunity for advancement. Several people were let go "at will". That means they do not owe you an explanation-you're just done!
Sr Processing Associate ll (Former Employee) – Union City, GA – February 22, 2017
The work was rewarding, the associates got along well, like family. the training was too fast. Upper management unfair; promotions went to their favorites and family. The schedule changed often, promises made that were not kept. 12 hour shift was often 14 and 15 hour shift due to ERs. This schedule is hard and not for everyone The pay was good, benefits were good. If better management and training were available Dendreon would be a great place to work.
Great pay and benefits, nice co workers.25 cent sofas juice and free coffee
Horrible Mamagement and insufficient training, rough overnight shifts
materials (Current Employee) – Union City, GA – December 1, 2015
The co-workers are nice. Co-workers are very easy to work with. love the work we do. I have learned a lot since I have work at Dendreon.
The biggest issue currently is management. Certain managers and supervisors are very disrespectful some even use profanity towards coworkers, very unprofessional no action has been taken even when discuss with human resources or high chain of command. In the pass two years moral has gone down do to many actions management has taken. Fix inside hiring, seniority has been taken away, which also causes issues with moral.
nice co-workers, helping men live longer to be with there families is a rewarding feeling, love the work we do.
disrespectful managers, lack of professionalism, favoritism, bad moral do to higher chain of command.

Manufacturing Operations Associate (Current Employee) – Union City, GA – March 6, 2015
Love the work that is done, very simple job. Management is the pits. They never have an answer or any sense of direction. Start out as temp and they tell you that after three months you will be made full time. Ive been there longer than three months and is still working as a temp worker.
