Front Office Agent (Current Employee), New York – March 17, 2014
Pros: decent pay
Cons: lacks resources, no job security, unfair, preferential treatment
Employees are treated as robots often doing back to back shifts. Skeleton crew to save money. It is difficult to work when you lack the necessary resources like room keys, working computer, working printer, etc.. Preferential treatment is common. It is a great work place if you form a friendship outside of the workplace with managers. Everyone is for – more... themselves. What happened to the job being like a second "family"? You have to be a snake like the majority to get anywhere. The only pro to working here is the compensation. Although it is not a union position, it pays almost as much. – less
Positive and fun place to work, always something new going on
Conference Services Manager (Current Employee), Washington dc – October 16, 2012
I would say the most enjoyable part of working at the Liaison is the wide range of people you work with. Wit in one day you will meet a family visiting for vacation and also see members of congress attending events and everything in between.
