A typical day as a Team Leader would include: Coaching of CSR's, Quality assurance of inbound phone calls, coordination schedules for members of my time, and miscellaneous duties as required. This role expanded both my training and leadership skills. Management was wonderful to work for, as there was little in the way of micro-managing. The members of my team were also wonderful, though needed occasional direction and coaching. The most difficult aspect of this role was the corporate lack of training, so it was a lot of self-study and on the job learning. The most enjoyable part was due to the fast paced environment, the days passed very quickly.
