A typical day at work, take calls from pharmacies is having trouble processing drugs, case managers at situations with patients, evaluate new applications and recertification of patients so they can receive their medication therapy on time.
I learned to create good working relationships with various departments, better interpersonal and professional relationships, be patient and create empathy with others, help others without prejudice.
no supervision required
The hardest part of the job is to manage patients in crisis by telephone, try to solve all issues on the same day as they are given and noted that the work day is over and I could not solve it all, it's something that make me frustration.
The part I enjoy the most about my job is having the satisfaction that could help many people get their health in good condition.
