At my time of employment the sick leave policy was you started off with 5 days and every 6 months you accrue 1 day.

You get paid on a monthly basis and accrue 8.63 hours per paycheck in sick leave as well as vacation/personal days. They do give 12 holidays off as well as one personal holiday per year.
