Senior administrative officer (Current Employee), Patient administrative officer – April 23, 2013
Cons: 8 hour day
very challenging daily
New different things on daily basis, moods of the patients and staff relations.
Channelles of communication is a challenge, the top to bottom communication is poor and the bottom to top is not there. when the will be provincial or national visits every thing will be done as if all is well.
not having same vision as employeesand – more... sense of responsibility.
All the challenges trying to improve from them. – less

enjoyable place and informative
Data Capture (Current Employee), welkom free state – June 7, 2012
Pros: employee of the month, advancement courses and refresher courses
Cons: sometimes not taking lunch at all
It was fun all the time working with people affirming patients that they will all be helped also attending those who are sickly given them attention they deserve, changing of management affects the morale of staff as it takes time to acclimatise to the new style of leadership. Attending to rude patients who wanted to abuse state resources by keep reminding – more... you that you are there because of them, sometimes they get angry with you when you go to lunch to them you must not eat at all. To be tolerant to other people – less
