Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Palm Springs, CA – April 4, 2016
DAP is a great place to work overall, job security however is contingent upon the department. Some areas simply have higher turnover than others. The clinic, which they call the heart of the 30 year old organization only has a couple off employees that have been there longer than 3 years boasting 5 medical directors in as many years. Other departments have employees with decades long tenures.
Great benefits, better than average pay, camaraderie with co-workers and clients.
Phlebotomist (Former Employee) – Palm Springs, CA – January 7, 2015

great place to work and get involved with the community at large.
