We are a high end design and manufacturing company seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual to represent and assist our team. Ideal candidate will be creative and artistic coupling strong administrative skills, be detail-oriented and willing to work well in a fast paced, energetic environment. Candidate must have extraordinary phone skills and present themselves in a highly professional manner.
-Answering phone: Provide customer service including general company information, product information, take detailed messages or direct the phone call to the correct individual/department
-Order office supplies
-Greet visitors and offer refreshments as needed
-Help and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
-Help assist us with the nurturing of our 3 beehives and vegetable garden
-Assist in the expansion of our market share through direct customer contact and social media
-Run errands (will be reimbursed for any mileage)
-Bring in the mail and distribute accordingly
-Prepare the break room for meetings and visitors
-Complete other duties as assigned
-Candidate must have exceptional phone skills and positive attitude
-Good writing skills
-Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft word, Outlook, Photoshop, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Website blogging, Internet searching, and basic email
-Social media skills are a big plus
Wage commensurate with experience. The position would involve 40 hours per week (830am-5pm).
