Typical day at this job would start by packing material needed to get the venue decorated and designed how the customer want. After we've done our job for us is getting to a venue at said time before event and assembling décor. During event we have the duty to serve food and drinks to participants. My management always talks to me on ways to make the job better. The hardest part of the job is after hours when all the materials have to be disassembled and repacked.
A lot of fresh faces to meet.
Pay would not be held up on the boss end at times.
