Senior Manager (Former Employee), Toronto –
Pros: interesting work, good pay
Cons: discrimination, bad treatment of employees leaving the company
Worklife balance doesn't matter here, and don't expect to get recognition or pay for extra time on the job - you're expected to do whatever it takes (for no additional pay) if you are in a management role, regardless of how much extra effort you put in! After many years on the job, my role ended, which is fine, but I had to fight to get a severance package and references.
