Detroit Medical Center is the largest health care provider in southeast Michigan, as it operates seven hospitals (Children's Hospital of Michigan, Detroit Receiving, Harper, Huron Valley-Sinai, Hutzel, the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan and Sinai-Grace Hospital), two nursing centers and more than 100 outpatient facilities throughout southeast Michigan and is affiliated with the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.
