Works Deutsche Bank Operational International was an excellant experiance.

The project was a proof of concept of a virtual environment. Co- workers were professional and management engaged. Technical resources were knowledgeable and accessible.

Promoted to DPA. Reviewed loans before shipping out files to lenders. Input and revised any client information into BTDocs, software used solely by Deutsche Bank. Worked with all kinds of loans including foreclosures and REOs. Audited files first and then shipped files. Supplied Bailee Letter for certain securities. Excellent place to work. Great culture and great compensation.

As the Administrative Assistant to 2 Global Heads and 2 Directors in Human Resources, a typical day involved responding to various e-mails from staff in the UK, Germany and Asia Pacific as well as clients, to schedule meetings, teleconferences and video conferences. I learned the inner workings of human resources. The management structure was very solid – more...  and effective. My co-workers and I shared very similar values and enjoyed working as a team. At times, there were challenges to get everyone from different time zones together in order to schedule a teleconference or video conference, however with planning and timely follow-up, this task was always achieved. The most enjoyable part of the job was the work itself, which was very interesting and challenging, I interacted and assisted the team at large which comprised of 20 employees. – less

I have enjoyed working at DB. There are plenty of smart people around. One negative is multiple layers of reporting structure.

This German Bank is well run but sometimes suffers from its German Management style which tends to emphasis decision avoidance rather than providing a clear direction.

Deutsche Bank being a global company had some benefits I had not experienced before. You could insure your significant other for a price. We were kept informed of what was happening in all markets of the bank. We had online training for many programs that would help us in our job. We had pot lucks at work, annual Christmas party and picnics.

Interesting experience but a very poor / work life balance. The best job or worst job you can have depending on the area you work in.

DB is a dynamic place, It is rewarding and demanding but lately the culture has gone sour.

Management in some departments have to be monitored closer for decisions and selections made on true progress achievements and contributions made to corporation by the their employees.
