Eligible DDI staff participate in many benefits including medical, dental and vision insurances. In addition to great work/life discounts like cell phone plan discounts, discounts on tickets for movies, sporting events, and amusement parks. DDI participates in a 403B retirement plan.

DDI has a very generous vacation policy. Eligible employees earn 12 vacation days per year for non-exempt positions and 20 vacation days per year for exempt positions.

DDI school programs operate on a 12 month calendar offering approximately 9 weeks of paid vacation to eligible employees. Our day programs and residential programs do not follow this calendar.
