Pros: comfy environment, they listen to your suggestions and incorporate them
Cons: long work day, the work itself, call center, customer service
good company, nice benefits, good pay. Job responsibilities are a bit much, call center/customer service position so thick skin is needed. Have to be ok with sitting all day and do the same thing over and over, talking to incompetent students about their finances. Travel option can be ok, work from home is excellent after you wait to be offered.. Hate working 9 hours with 1 hour lunch, the day is crazy long. My manager is new, he used to micro mange like crazy to a point where 5 employees quit. He's a changed leader now, still crazy but not so much. The other 2 supervisors are cool.
