This is truly an old school company that still believes in great customer service and building member relationships. This job is partly sales based, meaning tellers on the front line have to ask members for loans etc. That can be stressful when it is difficult asking members to take out loans and they hate when you ask for additional products. This would be the biggest negative. Other than that, you are paid well for the job. It is a nice environment to work in (atleast my branch was). Extensive training is provided and raises are given once you learn more, which is amazing. Overall, I would recommend working for this company if you need something part time. The hours can be inconsistent but once you've been there awhile, you get compensated exceptionally well so the part time is not so bad.
