A premier business law and litigation firm with core practice areas in business law, civil litigation, criminal and government investigations, domestic relations, immigration, real estate, and nonprofit law, seeks a positive and energetic individual to join our administrative team.

This position requires 40 hours per week and is paid hourly.
-General clerical and receptionist duties, including but not limited
to copying, scanning, fax, mail distribution, editing and producing
-Answer and route phones effectively, screening incoming calls, and
taking detailed messages when necessary
-Prepare and distribute daily security/visitor list, coordinate
meeting space and the Firm's Gmail calendar
-Receive and direct visitors and clients
-Receive referrals and screen potential new clients
-Prepare mailing materials for distribution via U.S. mail, FedEx, UPS,
-Create new files, envelopes, and shipping and business labels
-Maintain monthly office supply and grocery orders with attention to
budget and cost-cutting strategies
-Maintain cleanliness of common areas, kitchen, filing rooms, and supply rooms
-Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
-Update supervisor on delegated tasks to ensure they are completed in
a timely fashion
-Bachelor's degree required
-Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
-Shows initiative beyond typical duties
-Reliable and enthusiastic, successful when supporting a team and when
-Ability to multi-task and effectively handle pressure, interruptions,
and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and
-Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required,
conversational Spanish or Portuguese desired.

We hope for the individual hired to be able to start training within the
week of hiring. This is a full-time position, paid at an hourly rate.
