If you're looking to work for a company that offers great benefits and financial stability, Di Bruno Bros is not that company.
I had high expectations when I first started working at DiBrunos. I stepped into that company with a lot of experience under my belt and with high hopes of climbing that corporate ladder fast. Instead, they told me promises they couldn't keep. They gave me one very tiny raise and of course, they promised another one was coming but it never did.
The company is very disorganized and needs a huge revamp. Management needs training, food prep workers need to learn sanitation and proper food handling and corporate needs to learn how to pay their employees a wage one can live off of.
If you get a job at DiBrunos, I suggest you get a second or third job because you're gonna need it, trust me.
You will form special bonds and friendships with the employees but that is the only good thing you will get out of that company.
