-We Start at 8 sharp,
-Planning my daily task in a diary most of the time our tasks are periodic are repetitive as in a cycle,
First week we have month end closing and reporting tasks variance analysis ,compare AOP annual operating Plan with actual results..
2nd week is monthly performance review with marketing
– more... managers and future month forecast,
3rd week is Flash projections ; reconciliations are done on weekly basis whereas validation of budget approval for marketing projects are done on daily basis.
We have minimum 6 compulsory meeting during a month ;
4 weekly meeting review for key expectations with team and Senior managers generally Mondays,then one cross functional meeting each month and one cross market performance review within countries after each month end .
There is a multicultural mix and we encourage and value each other among co-workers and even customers and clients ,by doing so we are able to better serve and easily understand each other needs.
