Job Description:
The position of Sales Associate involves managing all stages of the client attraction and retention process. In this position, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment and promote both an existing cardiac MRI software analysis suite, and also launch an innovative and disruptive technology to the medical imaging community. Most activities are conducted via the phone and email from our Morrisville office, but occasional travel is required. Bring your energy and creativity to our dynamic team!


  • Assist Sales Director in creating excitement and demand for Diagnosoft products
  • Create new business in your territory through prospecting
  • Develop a high level of understanding of complex software products
  • Articulate the company vision and value to clients
  • Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals
  • Manage the overall sales process for each selling opportunity
  • Listen to customer requirements and present the products appropriately
  • Develop relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research to determine best path to increase revenue
  • Continuously maintain a vigorous sales pipeline
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibits, and events
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and report on activities
  • Demonstrate highly technical software solutions via web demonstrations
  • Develop excellent professional relationships with Diagnosoft team members

Education/Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year healthcare IT sales experience preferred
  • Professional communication skills via telephone, email and in person
  • Strong technical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of building and retaining client business
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge with non-technical audiences
  • Flexibility to be able to travel up to a maximum of 50% of the time
