It would be a busy and full day of work. I learned several different software programs. I enjoyed my co-workers and felt very supported. The company had merged within the last year so there were several changes with the management. It was very fast paced. I enjoyed working with the patients.
Receptionist - 2015 Medical Billing Specialist (Former Employee) – Williamsville, NY – October 2, 2016
I enjoyed the staff and everyone was very knowledgeable at their position. I found much favortism within the departments which was very unprofessional. We had a very busy schedule and I love working with patients. My co-workers were all very nice. The managers were very hard to approach. The hardest part of the job was the schedule. Too many patients scheduled within a certain time period and we also had walk ins. The most enjoyable part of my job was the staff I worked with.
The employees were fun to be around. Great team environment.
Front Desk Receptionist (Former Employee) – Delaware – July 21, 2016
We were usually busy so the days past quickly. The most difficult part of the job was keeping up with the constant changes with all of the different insurances. Dealing with the public can be very challenging. But when there was the occasional "more" difficult patient there was usually a co-worker to come to your rescue.
Helping patients is very gratifying.
We all worked hard but never received any kind of incentive.
Radiologic Technologist (Current Employee) – Metairie, LA – March 24, 2016

Receptionist/Clerical Assistant/file clerk (Former Employee) – Wilmington, DE – December 9, 2014
The constant changing of work flow provided an always challenging day. Although learning how to handle all expected work flow provided a never ending challenge each day. The management was always available to assist with problems and if help was needed the co-workers provided a team policy. The hardest part of the job was keeping from becoming personally involved with the patients and the most enjoyable part of the job was knowing my job was completed each day therefore beginning with a slate each day.

I enjoyed this position very much. I was well respected and all reps came to me when they needed an answer on something as they knew if I didn't know the information that I would certainly research and find the information and a solution to possible problems.
Great people to work with and very productive even though we all enjoyed working together, no micro managing as they knew their employees were competent to complete their workload.
Attendant (Former Employee) – Hillsboro, OR – March 14, 2013
Typical day at work I transported patients to and from diagnostic imaging. Worked up the schedule for both ct and mri. Called patients with prep instructions for their exams as well as ordered labs and mucomist for diabetic patient's. I learned a lot about how ct and mri work as well as how to work well with people face to face. The management was rarely seen however my leads were always there and were wonderful. I loved seeing them and helping out when ever i could. The hardest part was doing the job of three people when others were either let go or left and were not replaced. The most enjoyable part was having a smooth busy day as it made it go by quickly.
AREA-SUNSET UNIT MANAGER (Former Employee) – Los Angeles 90027 – October 7, 2013
Business as usual. I learned the importance of providing timely results for the members and making sure their needs were met. The Management style was of quality and timeliness. The hardest part of my job was learning the position of Unit Manager with little and no training at a bad time in my life. What I enjoyed most of my job was the happiness of satisfied members.

The most enjoyable was making patients smile and always saying kind words to them to make them feel good. It may be the last words they hear. Not just patients but any one. Tomorrow is never promised.
QC Lead Mammographer (Former Employee) – Albuquerque, NM – July 15, 2014
This department has moved since I worked there. It also changed ownership of the department from state to private. This changed my plans to go to school and work. It would not fit my schedule so I went back to my original modality.
Radiology to me is challenging and I don't have the same days twice.
