easy going place to work
Sales Representative (Former Employee), Pittsburgh, PAFebruary 1, 2014
Pros: paid training, attendance incentives
answered many calls a day, sometimes had calls about 20 minutes long. The callers kept you on your toes. Would occasionally have to deal with irate callers whose appointments didn't go through correctly or had long holding times. Supervisors were extremely helpful.

Best work place!!!!
Payroll Clerk (Former Employee), Mahwah, NJAugust 5, 2013
I learned payroll and was in charge of about 20 offices with part-time employees. We were home office and every aspect was done at that facility. We entered the employee, calculated hours, printed checks and mailed to Supervisors at each location. I enjoyed my time there and due to the 9/11 bombing cut backs were initiated and I was the last one hired – more... so I was the first to go. I was devastated to not only did we lose lives but because of that incident thousands lost their jobs. – less

Supervisor (Former Employee), North Charleston, SCSeptember 14, 2012
Pros: respectable pay, fun environment, not a lot of responsibility
Cons: short breaks, tedious, rude customers (then again where aren't customers rude)
If you do not have a degree or specialized training then Dial is one of the best places you can work. Beggers can't be choosers and they REALLY work with your schedule.
