Executive Assistant (Current Employee), Hyannis, MAApril 2, 2014
Pros: ability to work form home, flexiable hours when needed
Cons: no job security
Co-Workers are the best part of this job.
Hardest part is the continual reduction in force.
Not a lot of room for advancement of women in this work environment.

. (Former Employee), Parsippany, NJJanuary 18, 2014
I loved the people I work with, but round after round of layoffs have left the company in a vulnerable position, where they will have difficulty meeting customer requirements.

Great workplace, but mismanaged when the Telecom sector got hit.
Senior Engineer 2 (Former Employee), Needham, MAMay 2, 2013
NMS Communications was an excellent place to work when I started there in 1998. However in 2001, then Telecom sector took a downturn, and CEO kept making poor decision after poor decision. It resulted in the loss of a tremendous amount of good employees and friends.
