It's a great company, but unfortunately I need a full time position and it is not currently available at the time. It was great working with Accounts Payable.

I will definitely come back if the opportunity of working a full time is available!

Easy place to work, but the work load was small. Had to often find work to do and was told more than once to slow down or stop working altogether. Odd environment.
Pros
easy work day
Cons
lack of work to do

Great vision, implementation needs work, people are its strengths. The private equity ownership is difficult from a sales perspective as it requires weekly micromanagement of efforts.

Have always loved working for Dialogic. Not sure how latest restructuring will affect the overall company, and especially the great people that are still working there.

Learned a lot of what to do right and a lot of how not to do things. Management of the original Dialogic was great, after Intel it went down.

Co-Workers are the best part of this job.
Hardest part is the continual reduction in force.
Not a lot of room for advancement of women in this work environment.
Pros
ability to work form home, flexiable hours when needed
Cons
no job security

Solid people, but the company is on unstable ground
. (Former Employee) –  Parsippany, NJJanuary 18, 2014
I loved the people I work with, but round after round of layoffs have left the company in a vulnerable position, where they will have difficulty meeting customer requirements.

Great workplace, but mismanaged when the Telecom sector got hit.
Senior Engineer 2 (Former Employee) –  Needham, MAMay 2, 2013
NMS Communications was an excellent place to work when I started there in 1998. However in 2001, then Telecom sector took a downturn, and CEO kept making poor decision after poor decision. It resulted in the loss of a tremendous amount of good employees and friends.
