Sales Agent (Current Employee), Troy, MI – May 16, 2012
The company is a good company to work for. It's a great place to start out at and get experience. I would say that the advancement is a plus too. Once you complete your time on one program you can freely transfer.
Call Center Representative (Former Employee), Auburn Hills, MI – May 6, 2012
Pros: potlucks
This job is ridiculous. call people daily and try to get them to reschedule blood donations. could possibly call these people multiple times a day or week. So imagine how mad these people are. You have to get a certain amount by a certain time or they will send u home. You only get paid min wage and not as many hours. Its not sales but people hate the – more... calls over and over and dont want to donate anymore....You also get deducted for going over break. You dont even get paid for your break. They write you up for OUTRAGEOUS things. – less
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee), Detroit, MI – March 22, 2012
Pros: nice building!
Cons: these are not real full time positions
Just a heads up to everyone applying to Dialogue Marketing for the Customer Service Rep positions. This place looks great and will basically hire anyone to fill their training class. What they don't tell you is that these are not authentic / permanent positions. The 1st week is training and they test everyone on the course material. As the class continues – more... they remove / terminate employees with no notice for low test scores- all based on training materials and not on the job real time. Bottom line: might be a great gig for part time people but if you are really looking for a "full time position" beware of this place. – less
Corporate Recruiter (Current Employee), Utah – January 16, 2012
Great place to work. Plenty of room for a career path. I haven't been here long, but can already tell the upper management knows what they are doing and they are creating a great company.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), 300 East Big Beaver, Troy Michigan – December 14, 2011
Pros: friendly workers, good training sessions.
Cons: less hours from low call voume.
Dialogue Marketing has been the most friendly place of work I have ever seen. From the time I stepped in for my first interview, until the time I left to move to Atlanta, the workers have been very informative and friendly. The workers there promote communication with other co-workers. This has been the best experience in my history of working. I would – more... highly recommend this job to anyone who loves friendly workers. – less
